How to Implement a NIEF Service Provider

A NIEF Service Provider (SP) allows users from NIEF Identity Providers to access resources, subject to applicable access control rules, through the use of a SAML assertion that is generated by a GFIPM Identity Provider. The following steps are required to implement a NIEF SP.
